Just like any other part of your network, your picocells need monitoring and managing. We’ll make it easy by delivering outsourced best-practice O&M, monitoring or managing your entire picocell estate if you require it. Services include:
Network monitoring
Using a remote high performance 24x7 network operations centre to monitor your picocell network we will report faults as soon as they occur. We can monitor the performance of the network and provide the regular KPI reports you need.
Tier 2 support
As an extension of the network fault monitoring we can provide tier 2 fault diagnosis and resolution. Normally this is done at our central facility, but after a deployment we can deliver this service at your site to raise the capability of your own tier 2 support teams.
Software roll-out
New nanoGSM releases bring increased performance and functionality but require the network to be upgraded. To streamline this process for you we can remotely upgrade your network to the latest version during your maintenance window.
Network health check
As your macro and pico networks grow and evolve it is useful to occasionally check that everything is running properly. This health check verifies the frequency, software version and handover targets for every nanoBTS in your network and the configurations of the BSC and OMC-R to make sure that you get the best possible performance.
