Providing 24/7 cover we will monitor your Pico/Femto real estate and report faults as soon they occur. We can monitor the performance of the network and provide the regular KPI reports you need.
New releases bring increased performance and functionality but require the network to be upgraded. To streamline this process for you we can remotely upgrade your network to the latest version during your maintenance window.
As an extension of the network fault monitoring we can provide tier 2 fault diagnosis and resolution. Normally this is done at our central facility, but after a deployment we can deliver this service at your site to raise the capability of your own tier 2 support teams.
