Custom Solutions
Our core 2G/3G products and roadmap should provide everything you need, however there are times when our customers may require a small change that enables the solution to be more aligned to their market objectives. Examples of this are specific KPI’s that aren’t in our core solution, or adopting our Alarms and counters into an existing EMS system. Our Professional Services team have the ability to ‘tailor’ specific functionality in our solutions. We will be happy to scope your requirements and ascertain if we can offer a bespoke solution for your needs.
To support commonly occurring requirements we have developed specific implementations that can be reused to form the basis of a fully customised solution. An example of this is the Google earth plugin for our 2G system:
The Google Earth Plugin allows the customer to present the nanoGSM sites’ geographical location using the standard Google Earth Application. This tool enables the end user to:
- Visualise the nanoGSM BTSs which have been configured with Longitude and Latitude values on the Google Earth Map
- Display these values according to their administrative and operational status
- Allows the user to view BSIC and ARFC values to aid frequency planning
- Provides a quick reference as to where the nanoBTS’s are deployed within a Macro network
