The nano3G Access Controller handles and routes all traffic between the Access Points and your core network.
It’s based on our award-winning Oyster3G technology, field-proven in the AT&T MicroCell national deployment in the US. So you know it’s carrier-class.
Built from industry standard ATCA hardware and SAF-compliant software components, it connects to your core network using standard Iu-cs and Iu-ps interfaces. The Access Points connect to the controller over an IP backhaul link using industry standard IPsec femtocell security. The nano3G Access Controller is the cost-effective and reliable way to achieve high availability in the core of your picocell and femtocell access layer.
