The senior management team consists of:

Teresa M. Vega (Chairman)

Terry has over 30 years experience in technology and telecoms including two decades in wireless. She has run multi-billion dollar divisions of Lucent and Motorola, driving major product launches in wireless infrastructure and handsets. She brings extensive strategic, operational and customer experience to the board.

Stephen Mallinson (Chief Executive Officer)

Stephen joined ip.access as Chief Executive Officer in May 2000 and is charged with leading the Company to become the world's pre-eminent vendor of in-building infrastructure solutions. Stephen started his career in BT's laboratories, working in the ground-breaking optical communications research program. After BT he moved to work with Fujitsu Telecom and later to DSC Communications in Dallas, Texas. Before joining ip.access he was a founding member of Airspan Networks Inc, a leading vendor of broadband wireless fixed access solutions. Stephen holds an MA in Physics from the University of Oxford.

Anthony Jones (Chief Finance Officer)

Anthony joined ip.access' board of directors in 2006. Most recently owner of XIT Consulting, Anthony was previously CFO of Sendo Mobile Phones where he helped manage growth from 25 to 320 employees and to revenue run-rates of over $400m/pa. Prior to Sendo, Anthony held senior positions at XN Checkout, the Aspen Group, Saracen Cycles and KPMG. Anthony is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and holds a BA (Hons) Accounting Finance & Economics from Oxford Brookes University.

Phil Rimell (Chief Operating Officer)

Phil joined ip.access in October 2008 as Chief Operating Officer from telecoms solutions provider JacobsRimell, which he co-founded in 1997 to provide automated provisioning and activation for a wide range of IP-based services to cable, wireline and wireless operators. Phil was responsible for the architecture that underpinned all JacobsRimell products and growth prior to its acquisition by Amdocs in 2008. Before JacobsRimell, Phil worked at Reuters where he designed and implemented global networks for the delivery of news and financial information. Prior to Reuters, Phil developed and deployed networking and supercomputer resources for data processing in the oil exploration industry. Phil holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Bristol.

Dr. Nick Johnson (Chief Technical Officer)

Nick has been part of ip.access since its formation in 1999 and was a major contributor to the GSM technology on which ip.access is founded. As CTO, Nick is responsible for technology strategy and implementation at ip.access, leading technical innovation, specification and planning activities and directing the development of the organisation's products. Prior to ip.access, Nick worked for TTPCom where he led numerous consultancy and development projects. Prior to that he was with the Cavendish Laboratory in Cambridge, building state-of-the-art receivers for radio astronomy. Nick has a PhD in Microwave Scanned Imaging Techniques from University College, London, and a MA in Physics from the University of Cambridge.

Chris Rees (Senior Vice President Corporate Development)

Chris joined ip.access as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing Worldwide in December 2006, brining to ip.access nearly 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology sector, recently in 2010 his role progresses to Senior Vice President Corporate Development. Chris started his career at IBM where he spent 8 years in various Sales, Marketing and Management roles in the UK and abroad. He then worked for AMS for several years prior to joining Geneva Technology as part of the senior management team and helped grow the company from 100 to 450 people in 18 months culminating in Geneva being acquired by Convergys for $ 692m. Chris then became Director of PwC's Menlo Park Europe Technology Team, covering Telecommunications and Networking software technologies and leveraging his experience in various M&A and Consulting engagements. Chris has an Electronic Engineering degree and has Austrian Nationality.

Rob Jones (Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing Worldwide)

Rob joined ip.access as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing Worldwide in July 2010. Previously he was Vice President, Global Sales at CommProve (provider of Network Monitoring and business solutions for mobile operators) managing the global sales and business consultants teams during a four year period of global expansion. Prior to this he worked as Business Development Director at Tektronix and Inet Technologies and was responsible for managing the two largest global mobile customers. Previous to this Rob held business development and engineering roles with Lucent Technologies and ICO Global Communications. Rob holds a Master Degree in Applied Quantum Physics.

Dr. Andy Tiller (VP Marketing)

Andy joined ip.access in March 2007 as VP Marketing. Previously he was VP Product Marketing and CTO for ShoZu (a mobile service for sharing videos, photos and other user generated content between mobile phones and websites). Prior to that Andy was VP of Product Marketing with Geneva Technology, the Cambridge-based provider of telecoms billing software, where he created a successful strategy for the mobile billing market. Andy holds a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry from Queens' College, Cambridge. His early career was spent in the fields of computational chemistry, molecular modelling and criminal intelligence analysis.

Kevin Steers (VP Manufacturing and Operations)

Kevin joined ip.access as VP of Manufacturing and Operations in 2000. Kevin's experience spans over 20 years in Manufacturing and Operations, the vast majority of this time related to wireless telecommunications in a start-up environment. Previous employers include Racal, Technophone (now Nokia), Shaye Communications (now Lucent) and 3Com. Kevin has held a number of high profile management positions within these companies. Kevin undertook a formal apprenticeship with Racal and graduated from Brunel University in 1986.
